SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note that there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of orders during clearance periods.
We ship worldwide with FEDEX/ TNT Express to provide you with the best service.
We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 13.00 (G.M.T). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13.00 (G.M.T) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 13.00 (G.M.T.) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
TRACKING OF THE ORDER
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipping company and tracking number of your order. Due to the current legislation, express shipping cannot be use to private addresses within the Russian Federation, only normal shipping is possible.
It can be shipped only company addresses to by express shipping.
Notice: For Russian Federation, the shipping time of individual persons (without a company address) takes between 3-14 days.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND DUTIES*
Customs and duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient for purchases. For further support, please contact our customer service.
In the event of late payment of any customs duties or failure to collect the goods after unsuccessful delivery and the resulting return shipment, Bouletta will refund the purchase price less any return shipping costs and fees. The shipping charges you have paid will not be refunded.
We will endeavour to deliver your shipment within the specified delivery time, but in some or few cases there may be unexpected delays caused by the transport service provider or government agencies over which we have no control. For further support, please contact our customer service.
If you would like to return your order, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it at any time for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have already gone by since the time of your purchase.

Returns received without authorization may be returned to the sender.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition you received it.
Due to permanent nature of embossing these items, we are however unable to accept returns and cannot issue refunds for personalized items.
